April Photo Challenge

Hey Everyone.. I haven't blogged in a week or so...Its been quit a hectic week you know..being a Mommy.. working, and quit honestly I'm trying to strategize about finding time to make more aroma soy bean candles... My friends and co-workers are asking - Whats taking me so long?! Ha! They're coming soon people! I promise!

AnyWho!! earlier this month, I mentioned a crazy idea and set myself up for a challenge. A "30 Day Photo Challenge"  What the hell was I thinking? Really?  But I'm goning to stick to it as much as possible!

Microwave Chocolate Chip CupCakes

Happy Friday Ohhhhh Yeah!!! 

My Lil Girl and I Made "Microwave Chocolate Chip CupCakes"

last night!

I came across this recipe and had to try it for myself.

Here it goes!

 My daughter Loved this cupcake

I think she liked it because it was fun to make

however the texture was a little dry

but not too bad.

Fun to make

and tasty

Microwave Cup Cake

Ingredients: (makes 1 Coffee Mug Cup Cake)

1. 3 Tablespoons Plain Flour
2. 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3. 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder (Optional)
4. 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
5. 2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar (more or less)
6. 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
7. 1 small Egg
8. 2 Tablespoons Oil
9. 2 Tablespoons Milk or Orange Juice ( I used orange juice)
10. Dusting sugar, ice cream, or some sauce / syrup to serve (Optional)
11.  Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes (Time may vary) so watch closely.
12.  oh sorry....Mix ingredients in mixing bowl and poor into a Mug.... yes a mug.
13. One more thing.. We added Chocolate Chips.... totally optional.... okay that is all
